4 cups chopped green cabbage 2 green onions, sliced thin 1-1/2 stalks celery, diced 1-2 T. cilantro, chopped 1 small banana pepper (pickled), finely chopped 1/2 red or orange bell pepper, chopped
Mix together and stir in dressing. Then stir in 15-20 cocktail shrimp with tail removed, sliced in half.
DRESSING: 1/2 - 3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise 2 T. apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon dill relish 1-2 teaspoons sugar sea salt fresh ground black pepper
