2 cups water 1 cup brown rice 1 T. butter 1 tsp. lime zest 2 tsps. fresh lime juice ½ cup chopped cilantro
Bring 2 cups water to a boil; stir in 1 T. butter and 1 cup brown rice (rinsed). Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until the rice is tender, about 45 minutes. Stir in lime zest, juice, & cilantro just before serving.
