Chicken Tetrazzini

My mother's recipe

INGREDIENTS: 2 T. onions, chopped 1 T. oil 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup 1-1/4 cup chicken broth 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 2 T. parsley Generous pinch of each thyme & marjoram 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped 1 package fresh mushrooms (8 oz.), sliced 1/4 cup sherry 1/4 lb. spaghetti noodles, cooked


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Saute onions and mushrooms in oil until soft. 2. Add cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, parsley & herbs. Heat until blended. 3. Add cooked chicken and sherry. 4. Add cooked spaghetti. 5. Place in casserole dish and top with more parmesan cheese. 6. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
