This recipes can be adapted by using your choice of meat and vegetables. I use a prepared pie crust to make it simple.
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup milk 4 eggs, slightly beaten 1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/8 teaspoon black pepper 1 cup cooked, cubed meat (optional) 1 cup broccoli, cooked 1 tablespoon chopped onion 1-1/2 cups grated cheese Pie crust
INSTRUCTIONS:
Combine milk, eggs, mustard, and pepper; set aside.
Layer in crust: meat, broccoli, onion, and cheese.
Prepare pie crust following directions for filled, one-crust pie (9”).
Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Pour egg mixture over meat, vegetables, and cheese.
Bake 45-50 minutes. Cool 5-10 minutes.
